Giving

We consider giving as part of our worship and encourage all members prayerfully to consider their regular financial and other giving to the church.

General and World Concern Funds

We are responsible for raising the money for all our operations, including payment of staff, maintenance of our buildings, utilities, fees and the materials we use on a routine basis. This comes from what we refer to as the General Fund.

We have a separate World Concern Fund that is used to support our mission partners and related giving.

We sometimes have special financial offering opportunities, for example around Lent, to support particular needs, or to do major enhancement work on our property. We support work such as food banks through donation of items.

If you would like to give to St Thomas', please speak to our Treasurer for further information on how you may do this, including via standing order. For those who are UK tax-payers and fulfil the criteria, you may wish to maximise your giving through Gift Aid; if so, you can download the Gift Aid form from hereMembers can log in to access the Treasurer Contact details here.

An online giving option is also available through give.net by clicking here or entering this web address into your browser: https://www.give.net/StThomasEdinburgh/oneoff.

On a Sunday, you can give through the offering box located at the back of the church.
 God loves a cheerful giver
